Refund Policy

Effective date: 2026-10-08

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases made from Apollosend related to products or services offered through apollosend.site or associated sales channels. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

If we do not currently offer paid products or services, this policy will apply if and when purchases become available.

2. Eligibility

Refund requests are considered when:

  • You purchased a product or service directly from Apollosend
  • You submit a request within the applicable window stated below
  • The request includes sufficient detail for us to verify the purchase and issue

Free waitlist signup and free informational use of the Site are not purchases and are not eligible for refunds.

3. Refund window

Unless a specific product page states otherwise at the time of purchase:

  • Digital products or subscriptions requests within fourteen (14) days of purchase may be reviewed for a full or partial refund, subject to Section 4
  • One-time services already delivered refunds are generally not available once the service has been substantially performed, except where required by law or where we failed to deliver as described

Mandatory cooling-off or consumer rights in your jurisdiction take precedence where they provide greater protection.

4. Non-refundable situations

We may decline a refund when, for example:

  • The request is submitted after the applicable window without a legal entitlement
  • You violated our Terms of Service in connection with the purchase
  • The product or service was delivered substantially as described and you simply changed your mind after the cooling-off period (where none applies)
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes were initiated in bad faith while a refund request was already in progress

5. How to request a refund

Email hello@apollosend.site (or hello@apollosend.site) with:

  • The email address used for the purchase
  • Order or invoice reference, if available
  • A brief description of the reason for your request

We aim to acknowledge requests within five (5) business days and to resolve them within a reasonable period after that.

6. Processing approved refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider and may take several business days after we process the refund. We are not responsible for delays once funds have been released to the processor.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of related accounts or services and may be contested with documentation of delivery and these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" will change when updates take effect. The policy in force at the time of your purchase generally applies to that purchase, unless a change is required by law.
